Description
This spool is made of 8mm diameter drawn steel wire for the ring, and 6mm diameter sectors. Geometries and tolerances allow a capacity of up to 40 kg of aluminium wire, it is supplied painted and can be customised according to client’s needs.
These spools are designed for both random and high precision layer winding at medium/high speed. The painting has excellent adhesion and is wear-resistant.
It meets the criteria of UNI EN ISO 544:2018 norm, Table 4. It meets high environmental standards; thanks to the materials and processing methods used it is 100% recyclable, minimising disposal costs.
